The dates are delicious fruits with many nutrients and we all know this. But it is less known that this fruit can help us lose weight. The benefit of the dates is that you chew them long enough and stop cravings. They are considered elixirs of youth and health and mostly, they improve our digestion, constipation problems and other belly issues.
The dates have a lot of magnesium and lessen inflammation along swelling and pain. The magnesium in them reduces the artery inflammation and the risk for heart problems and inflammation issues like Alzheimer’s, arthritis and more. Eat them regularly to lose weight and be satiated too.

Get everything in blender and grind. Eat this before a main meal in 2 whole weeks. Pause for 2 weeks and repeat the same way if needed. Consuming this also lessens colon cancer risk and hemorrhoids.
Since dates have fibers, they aid in weight loss but keep in mind they are sweet and have a lot of calories. Add more fiber and lose more weight, as American Journal of Clinical Nutrition advises from their edition in 2009.
